During my recent consideration of moving to a Linden Home developed community, I considered the Log Home community. I notice that the vacancy rate is extremely high at 2,298 available homes today. I find the community very nice however, it does not support Premium Plus members at 2048 sf or a small plot which supports the same amount of LI or Prims as if it were a 2048 plot. Due to the large vacancy rate, I'd like to suggest the community be adjusted by converting some of the home sites to support premium plus members. If it were possible, adding more prim allowance to the existing plots would be easiest and would eliminate moving the current landscaping and layout.
