Web map can't find region in URL without trailing slash
complete
Erik Mondrian
As I wrote in my comment on a post by Maxwell Graf (https://feedback.secondlife.com/feature-requests/p/change-the-mapssecondlifecom-search-to-require-only-a-region-name-not-a-full-slu), it seems that the SL Web map now finally lets us specify a region by name in the maps URL without requiring us to also enter a set of coordinates.
It's only a partial fix, however, because it will still be unable to find that region if you don't include a trailing slash. Compare https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bryggen to https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Bryggen/
It should ideally be able to locate the region with or without the slash there.

Thank you for completion of the slash removal. However, the original issue persists. If I type a region name in search, it does not find anything (see attached image):

Juniper Linden - 17 September 2025 - The Second Life Maps website only has two search functions, SL Places and SL Events. It still does NOT have SL Regions, which was what was originally requested. Neither SL Places or SL Regions have the ability to search and focus on actual SL region names. Please redo this request and deliver what was requested.

Just looping Maxwell Graf in on this. Tried "mentioning" him in my post above (in reference to
his
post that I linked there), but I guess Canny only supports user mentions in comments.
