My login streak of 55+ days has been interrupted due to the SL mobile app crashing. For the past four days, I have been unable to claim my streak rewards because the menu is not visible nor working. When I touch the menu bars to access the rewards or chat or do anything else, the app immediately crashes. This happens consistently. Logging in repeatedly used to solve previous login issues, but not now. I have tried the following: * Cleared the app cache on my Samsung tablet * Reviewed all settings within the SL mobile app * Confirmed that all buttons and options are enabled Unfortunately, none of these steps has stopped the crashing. I’m hoping you can assist with restoring my login streak or advise on a fix so I can access the menus and rewards again. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.
