Mobile Bugs

Please can the lab fix the "Unknown User" issue on Second Life Mobile. When clicked Unknown Users some of them opens with group notices etc.

There is no L$ category so I filed under Scene rendering. Logged on, claimed streak L$, after some more actions checked L$ balance, it did not update to reflect Streak amount added.

My account simply cannot send messages, whether direct or in a group. I tested it by sending a message to someone and it told me that it did not arrive, but I can receive it. I tested it with a new account and was able to send the messages. Is it something with my account? Is there any way to solve it? The device I use is the iPhone XR with iOS 18.

Cannot open any doors or get inside my house. No TP No doors open. No sitting on anything. Jerky movements make walking in a straight line almost impossible Impossible to use on an iPhone, just about on an iPad. Fairly useless on the whole.

Please improve the game loading, everything is bugged, my avatar doesn't load completely, there are some letters on the bodies, bug in everything from the avatar to the messages

Modern iPhones have the "Dynamic Island" ( https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/use-the-dynamic-island-iph28f50d10d/ios ), older iPhones have the notch where the front camera is hidden. The SL Mobile App does not attribute to either of it, so UI elements are hidden partially under it. I can't show a screenshot, since on screenshots it's obviously not the case. At least for the iOS builds, the UI elements should moved to UNDER the area, but there could be useful uses for it as well, see https://arounda.agency/blog/what-is-dynamic-island-apple-and-how-to-use-it

The quality of the slaughters is horrible The whole outfit blurred the quality of the skin and clothing even the avatar's movements

All of the islands are bugged, they don't load completely, the actions don't appear, and everything is ugly even with the graphics at maximum.

Playing around with the Second Life Mobile app on an iPhone 15 Pro and an iPad Pro M2. The world and objects load fine but all avatars appear broken. Feet are tiny and in the wrong place. Necks are thick. Arms are short. Hands are huge. Some parts (like ears from mesh heads) never load. This happens with all shapes and outfits I’ve tried and with every other avatar I’ve encountered in-world.
