Almost always after logging out - with the log out option, not by closing/force closing the app - almost invariably my avatar will still show online for up to 15 minutes. People can repeatedly message me during that 15 minutes without offline notification, so it's not like when sometimes a friend shows online when some miscommunication between the server and the other persons viewer they show as offline.

I get a notification on the Main screen of my iPhone or iPad showing the first few lines of an IM from someone in Second Life. I log into the app but the message is not available.

Be me and try to log into Mobile Beta. Other viewers allow me to log in.

Please can the lab fix the "Unknown User" issue on Second Life Mobile. When clicked Unknown Users some of them opens with group notices etc.

I cannot get out of the login screen when logging in on the mobile app. I can TP, chat and hear environment sounds, but all I see is the login screen. I cannot end this screen by clicking on the X in the top right corner I have re-installed the app several times today, and still, I get the same result. I am on iPhone14+ and have had no such issues before today. See screenshot.

When I click on the app's menu option, on the first screen, it is not possible to see the "X" option in the top right corner of the screen to return to the 3D world, I need to select the CHAT option to click on the 'X' and return to the 3D world.

Ever since the new update to the mobile app it takes forever to login. Once logged in hardly anything loads and the app freezes. I’m running it on an iPhone 8 with iOS 16.7.10

Since the Mobile Millions challenge started and the last update came (IOS 18.3.1), I cannot get rid of this screen anymore (see screenshot). No swiping in any direction helps, none of the buttons on screen get me to see if my 3 teleports/day actually worked, no environment visible. Please fix it urgently, otherwise the challenge will not work. Thanks!

just use the app, basically.

I don't have a Premium, Premium Plus or Plus account. My account is free. They said it is available to everyone, but when I try to log in, it requires me to first log in with a Premium, Premium Plus or Plus account to unlock the device.
