Web/Marketplace Bugs

While logged in on my main account I am unable to access any of the pages for choosing membership plans (Plus, Premium, etc.) I can view this page: https://accounts.secondlife.com/change_membership/ but any attempt at accessing any of the subsequent pages by clicking one of the Choose buttons fails with a Gateway Timeout error. NOTE: This is tied to this specific user account, as it works fine with my alts. Support was able to reproduce the issue but could not resolve it and asked me to post a bug report after 4-5 days of back and forth. See this ticket for the conversation with support: #2482887 It is NOT related to web browser, device, operating system, cookies, cache or moon phase. These has been eliminated through rigorous testing and power cycling. And again: support was able to repro the issue while logged into my account but unable to fix it. I'm not sure this sort of issue belongs in a public forum, but this is what is was instructed to do.

My first name has always been "SarahKB7" in the SL Forum with a capitalised K and B. That's how I always liked and preferred it. But now, somehow, I am now named as "Sarahkb7" in the SL Forum and it annoys me, a lot. I didn't change it. I've lost my capitalised K and B! I cannot find any way to restore my K and B back to "normal" upper case capitals! I am guessing that the recent addition of "Display Names" to the SL Forum has caused this new Forum bug, which is weird, because I've never used "Display Names" or ever changed my name. So Lindens, could you please fix this bug and restore my capitalised K and B back to the Forums please? I miss them :( Thanks :)
