Live Chat Bubble Doesn't Appear
Per Henshin Linden's request, I am submitting all information from our ticket into this bug report. One of the benefits of being a premium member is the ability to reach out to live chat when needed. This option doesn't appear to be available in certain web browsers (especially during office hours), making it difficult to use. I use Windows 11 and this has been tested on Mozilla Firefox (up-to-date), Google Chrome (up to date), and Microsoft Edge (per Hershin's request). I don't use VPN. I never do. I also do not have adblockers activated or pop ups disabled on either web browser. On Chrome: After logging in, and using 2FA, I went to the page and it wasn't there. Then I clicked the link on the page to go to live support and it still wasn't there. Once I clicked the chat bubble in the middle of the page, it showed for a moment. But when I went to capture the video and repeated the steps, it stopped showing. I even reloaded the page and no luck. See - https://gyazo.com/4e149ba995ad8d68db543fe89c933284 On Firefox: I logged in using 2FA, went to the page and it wasn't there. Then I clicked the link on the page to go to live support and it still wasn't there. When I clicked the chat bubble in the middle of the page, nothing happened. No refresh, nothing. It has a light gray square surrounding the bubble that shouldn't be there and I think that's what is blocking the ability but I'm not positive because I still don't know much about how fresh desk, or the page works on the scripting side. See - https://gyazo.com/d39e71279f5013408812c003bd030e3c I tried with Microsoft Edge. It worked, even after refreshing the page. I also tried using the Private/Incognito windows on both Chrome and Firefox; neither worked. While this is good news and a definite backup to have the option on Edge, the problem still exists in the two web browsers that most use. I don't know how many others have reported this issue or even noticed. How will this be remedied since it appears to be something to do with the browsers?
