At the moment, when you visit the Name Change page and are presented with the list of available Last Names, they are not in any kind of order, which is an issue for us folks with ADHD, autism or other forms of neurodivergence. Having the list in alphabetical order would both prevent sensory overload and potentially make for a quicker process. Related to the above — when new Last Names are announced, those should be listed in alphabetical order too. And if any Last Names are being retired it would be nice to know which ones those are — I note that this did happen initially after Last Names were reintroduced, but seems to have been dropped.
