Friends status is on-line; but they are not.

Friends status is ‘on-line’, refreshing / re-logging still says the status is ON-LINE and when a chat is started, then they reported as OFF-LINE and they are, but the avatar status and chat lines still says they are on-line. Annoying. Very annoying.

Offline Friend IMs LOST

Offline IMs need to continue to go to email, As well as the mobile client (which they do Not) and Desktop version. I’ve lost numerous IMs from friends - do better. Nobody is going to remember what they sent to resend it!
