Listings of available Linden Homes could offer the ability to filter for a given parcel size or theme, or both. This would reduce the users' workload to discover if the parcel they want is available, and would reduce load on the web server since users could find the information they want by loading just one web pages instead of paging through three. For instance, if Joe is only interested in a 2048 Copperfield (a popular notion right now), he won't be paging back and forth among a bazillion other listings to find out if one is available.
