Email when process credits fails

Could we please get an email when a process credit fails? Right now, when we request a process credit, it goes through. But if for whatever reasons it later fails (I would love to have a reason other than discovering "error" after one day), we don't know about it and it silently fails If an email gets send, we can retry it right away. Thanks
